Peace2Peace

We have been to the Moon

We can travel through space
We study the inside of molecules
We create magical technology

We are ingenious

And yet the single most intelligent and beneficial event that will ever take place in the history of mankind is for us to banish global conflict and welcome peace
as the foundation of our society.

Gerald Holtom designed the Nuclear Disarmament logo in 1958, which later became the international peace symbol. The peace2peace initiative represents another step toward achieving peace on Earth and in Space.

We aim to install authorized Peace Posts, Peace Signs, and designated Peace Parking at hospitals, universities, highschools, corporate offices, police stations, military bases, grocery stores, along interstates and roadways,  and more. Our goal is to make peace a visible and integral part of our daily lives and communities. Together, we can prioritize peace where it matters most! Peace is already present; we simply need to chose it. Global conflict or Global Peace?

The International Peace Parking Symbol

Accessible and peaceful parking spaces provide a sense of safety and comfort.
Although it may seem trivial, it is a significant step forward.

LISTEN TO THE VOICE that is within yourself, the voice that tells you that mankind can live in peace, that mankind can live in harmony, that it can live with the respect for the rights and dignity of all human beings. And use your talents – your very, very, considerable talents – to make this a better world, a more compassionate world for all of us.

– John G. Kemeny, Commencement Speech, June 14th, 1981, 13th President of Dartmouth College. Hungarian born American Mathematician, Computer Scientist, and educator. Pioneered the use of computers in education. Co developed BASIC programming language—mathematical assistant to Albert Einstein.

“In these unprecedented times, let us pause, reflect, and remember all mankind is your brother and you are your brother’s keeper.”
